Amazon Ungating Policy
Legal Notice Regarding Invoices:
NexaLink issues invoices solely as a record of sale and not for any specific purpose related to Amazon ungating. Invoices will be provided only after full payment for an order has been received.
Limitation of Liability for Amazon Ungating:
NexaLink, as a supplier, disclaims any responsibility for the success or failure of Amazon ungating processes. The acceptance of our invoices by Amazon is subject to Amazon’s independent criteria, including but not limited to the seller’s performance history and account health.
NexaLink’s Role in the Ungating Process:
NexaLink has no influence or involvement in Amazon’s ungating decisions. Our role is limited to providing post-payment invoices for purchased products. In the event of ungating denial, we offer assistance with reselling services, subject to a restocking fee, and issuance of a credit memo as per our company policy.
Provision of Product Images:
Images of products are available and provided in accordance with our sales terms, post-payment, and when goods are prepared for shipment.

While our invoices are typically accepted for Amazon ungating, especially for brands, NexaLink makes no guarantees. Customers are advised to ensure that all information provided aligns with their Amazon account to optimize the likelihood of successful ungating.
As a wholesale distribution company, NexaLink focuses on the sale of products and does not take responsibility for the Amazon ungating process. Our primary function is to provide products, not to influence or manage Amazon’s ungating decisions. We provide invoices after payment for the products purchased. Based on our experience, the invoices we supply generally meet Amazon’s requirements, but ungating approval is not guaranteed.
No, we do not issue invoices before payment solely for the purpose of Amazon ungating. A sales receipt will be sent before payment, and a paid invoice will be provided after payment is made.
We sell authentic products and provide valid invoices for Amazon. However, we cannot be held responsible for Amazon ungating decisions. Approval also depends on the seller’s performance, account health, and other factors beyond our control.
If you encounter ungating challenges, NexaLink offers support with reselling the product (please refer to our reselling fee policy). Once your product is successfully resold, we will issue a credit memo, deducting any applicable restocking fees from the final amount.
Yes, we provide product images after the invoice is fully paid and the goods are ready for shipment, for an additional fee.

Products
We offer all products as fresh and new. For items in stock, we can verify batch codes from our warehouse. Our policy ensures that products have a minimum of 8 months remaining until their expiration date.
On our website, the “Leading Time” field indicates the availability of each product.
For instance, if a product is marked as “in stock,” it is ready for immediate shipping from our warehouse.
The leading time may range from 1 to 4 weeks or more, signifying the period within which the product will be delivered after payment is received.
Orders
Typically, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) ranges from 50 to 100 units, but this can vary depending on the specific offer.
We have expanded our payment options for your convenience. Now, we accept:

Discounts can be negotiated directly with the head of sales, while NexaLink offers fixed pricing with predetermined discounts.
To qualify for high-volume discounts, customers must have well-established accounts and a strong purchase history.
We do not allow returns or exchanges.
It may be possible to make exceptions in individual cases. Payments will only be refunded in the form of a credit memo. Additional fees may occur, the restocking fee is 6%.
We do not accept returns in cases when Amazon shot down the listings, do not accept the goods due to brand restrictions for your Amazon account, and other instances related to Amazon and your Amazon business relationship.
Unfortunately we would not accept returns from any Amazon warehouse. Once the order shipped to Amazon warehouse this order is non-returnable to NexaLink.
Before placing an order, please ensure you are eligible to resell our products on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or any other platforms you intend to use.
NexaLink does not offer assistance with:
- Approval to sell specific products
- Approval to sell in certain categories
- Providing MSDS certificates
- Providing laboratory test results
- Providing brand authorization forms or letters
- Offering legal advice or consultation

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our business and the upfront costs involved in preparing each order, deposits are non-refundable.
We do not permit order cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, decline, or cancel any order, or part of an order. We will notify you before making any changes to an order.
We are committed to assisting our customers with their products, even when they are no longer needed.
NexaLink reserves the right to deny any request to resell a product for any reason.
Requests to resell a product must be submitted before the order is shipped from our warehouse.
If a request is accepted, the reselling price must be coordinated and approved with the customer.
NexaLink will make every effort to resell the product as quickly as possible and will utilize all available means to promote it to our customers. Once the product is resold, the customer’s account will be credited, and no refund will be issued. A 7% service charge will apply for reselling services.
We cannot guarantee the outcome of the reselling process or provide a specific timeframe for when the product will be resold. We will notify the customer once the product is sold.
We will strive to resell the products within a 3-month period. If the products remain unsold after this period, we will request that you arrange to have the products shipped to your warehouse, office, home, or a 3PL warehouse.
NexaLink may terminate the reselling process at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns in cases where Amazon has shut down listings or restricted products on other marketplaces.
Returns will not be accepted due to brand restrictions related to your Amazon account, or any issues stemming from your Amazon business relationship or restrictions on other marketplaces.
We also do not accept returns from any Amazon warehouse. Once an order is shipped to an Amazon warehouse, it becomes non-returnable to NexaLink.
This policy includes, but is not limited to, product damage during shipping, returns, or any issues related to Amazon’s selling policies. Our primary goal is to provide you with quality products directly from our platform.

Yes, we can ship directly to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS). If you provide the shipping label.

We can ship your order directly to your warehouse, business, home, or an Amazon FBA center. We offer competitive domestic rates, and you can choose between different shipping services, from standard to expedited, at checkout.
Shipment fees are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination.
Alternatively, you can provide us with your shipping label (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS only).
Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Shipping fees are not refundable in cases of incorrect addresses or returned shipments. Packages are NOT insured.
