Orders placed during our business week (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) will typically be processed and dispatched as per the lead time specified in the offer details.
During peak periods, however, there might be delays in dispatching orders. In such cases, we will notify you of the estimated dispatch date via email.

During the ‘checkout’ process, you can specify a different delivery address from your payment address if it is more convenient for you, provided the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement.
Ensure that your delivery address is accurate (including postcode) before finalizing your payment. We cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of parcels due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details. Depending on your local postal service, you may need to specify a particular Delivery Name for parcels being sent to a different address. For more information, please check with your local postal service. If delivering to a Business address, please include the Company Name along with the recipient’s name.
We will deliver all items in your order in one shipment.
If any product is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as we become aware. We will credit/refund the value of the unavailable item and dispatch the rest of your order.
We regret that we cannot change a delivery address once the item has been dispatched.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays once items have left our warehouse.
Although we strive to deliver your products within the stated time frame, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred due to time-sensitive deliveries. No compensation is payable for delayed receipt or inconvenience.
We are not responsible for parcels that are opened or tampered with by third parties during transit. In such instances, please contact the courier for advice on how to proceed according to their procedures.
